1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EQwispr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not professional advice

EQwispr is a self-development and educational tool. Nothing on this site — including personality results, archetype descriptions, coaching scenarios, scripts, or any other content — constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, career, or other professional advice.

3. No diagnosis or treatment

The personality test and results are not a clinical or psychological diagnosis and do not replace evaluation or treatment by a qualified professional. If you have a mental-health or medical concern, consult a licensed professional.

4. Coaching scenarios are illustrative only

Situational coach scripts and suggestions are general examples for reflection and practice. They are not tailored advice for any specific person, relationship, or situation. Use your own judgment and seek professional guidance when needed.

5. Use at your own risk

You use EQwispr entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the service will be accurate, complete, reliable, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6. No warranties

EQwispr is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQwispr and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EQwispr and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Premium is a recurring subscription billed in US dollars through Stripe. The monthly plan is billed at the introductory price for the first month and at the standard monthly price thereafter; the annual plan is billed once per year in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

You can cancel at any time from your account page via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Failed payments may result in suspension of premium access.

10. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. By starting checkout and gaining immediate access to premium content, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully supplied. To exercise a withdrawal request before access begins, email team@eqwispr.com.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent payment or access controls. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Natrona County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you a different forum.
